Refund policy

At Belgrave London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and returned with all original tags and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at support@belgravelondon.store before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

Personalised items, gift cards and products marked as final sale cannot normally be returned unless required by applicable consumer law.
